Gresham House Annual Results 2022

📈 20% increase in AUM to £7.8bn, with strong organic growth.

We are pleased to announce another year of strong performance and organic growth, despite the volatile economic conditions in 2022.

Assets under management (AUM) rose 20% to £7.8bn, and this growth has led to material increases in revenue, operating margin and adjusted operating profit.

As these results show, we are making strong progress towards our five-year ‘GH25’ financial and strategic targets to maximise shareholder value.

Financial highlights

  • 20% AUM growth to £7.8bn, including £1.1bn organic growth
  • Adjusted operating profit of £27.1mn (+34% vs. FY21)
  • ROCE of 19.3%, in line with our 20.0% medium-term target
  • Adjusted diluted EPS of 55.2p (+12%)
  • Final dividend proposed to increase by 60% to 16.0p

Strategic highlights

Commenting on the results, Chief Executive, Tony Dalwood said:

We are ahead of our GH25 five-year targets through the strong execution of our financial and strategic goals to create shareholder value. Importantly, we are delivering strong investment performance for clients. 

We move into 2023 in a strong position and have continued to raise funds across our asset classes. The long-term potential to scale Gresham House remains our ambition.”
