The Financial Conduct Authority Sustainable Disclosure Requirements and investment labels regulation (together “SDR” or “the requirements”) has come into force requiring, amongst other things, asset managers to publish certain sustainability-related disclosures where they are easily accessible to retail consumers for in-scope products. The requirements stipulate that the disclosures must be in a prominent place on the relevant digital medium for the manager. The consumer-facing disclosures for in-scope products can be found below.
