Gresham House bolsters Sustainable Infrastructure team with three new appointments

Chris Coulton joins Gresham House as Director, Deputy Head of Portfolio within Sustainable Infrastructure, having previously worked as a Portfolio Director at LDC Private Equity.

Chris has worked with around 30 PE backed businesses, and in his previous role had lead responsibility and board positions for six to eight investments at any given point. He also led portfolio management for LDC’s East Midlands and East of England region, working with the regional head of new business to improve the quality of new investments and oversee and improve performance across the regional portfolio. Chris holds board positions at Aspire Technology Solutions, The Edwin Group, Biozone Scientific Group, Evolution Funding and Cardel.

Vanessa Owen joins as a Portfolio Analyst. Previously Vanessa worked at Secretariat as a forensic accountant, where she was responsible for performing valuation analyses, determining economic assumptions, and quantifying damages. Prior to this, Vanessa worked on high-profile financial crime investigations for FTI Consulting.

Jane O’Connor joins as an Investment Analyst. Prior to joining Gresham House, Jane worked as an Investment Analyst for the renewable energy fund at Temporis Capital focusing on investing in solar, wind and battery storage assets. Jane has also worked in project finance roles across core infrastructure and real estate finance whilst at Allied Irish Bank in Dublin.

BSIF invests in sustainable infrastructure projects that offer innovative solutions to key environmental and societal challenges. Comprising two closed-ended funds and five locally focused co-invest funds, BSIF focuses on mid-market investments that offer the strongest opportunities for impact investment.
