Early Subscription Incentive

Under the Offers the Company’s investment manager, Gresham House Asset Management Limited, has offered investors an early subscription incentive discount on offer costs as set out on page 10 of the prospectus. This discount was offered to investors whose subscriptions represented the first £7.5 million of aggregate Application Amounts received by each Company, on the following basis:

  • existing shareholders receive a discount of 0.75 per cent. of their Offer Costs; and
  •  new investors receive a discount of 0.50 per cent. of their Offer Costs.

Application process

Each Offer will open to Applications at 09.00 a.m. on Thursday, 15 October 2026.

Existing Shareholders subscribing for New Shares should ensure that they insert their unique ten digit City Investor Number (CIN).

All Applications will be processed on a “first come. first served” basis by the Receiving Agent.

Each Company is a Venture Capital Trust (VCT). The venture capital trust investing regime was established by the UK Government with the intention of encouraging individuals to invest indirectly in a range of small, illiquid higher-risk trading companies whose shares and securities are not listed on a recognised stock exchange. An investment in a VCT is high risk and for the long term. Your capital is at risk so you could get back less than you invest. All tax reliefs are subject to individual circumstances and may be subject to change in the future. Capital at risk.
