Gresham House has a rich heritage as one of the oldest companies in the UK still operating today, having first been incorporated in 1857.
On 20 December 2023, Gresham House plc delisted from trading on the London Stock Exchange following its acquisition by Searchlight Capital Partners L.P. (Searchlight).
In this new chapter under private ownership, there is no change to business activity day-to-day. As an active manager specialising in alternative investments with a sustainable positive impact we remain laser focused on the delivery of financial performance and service excellence for our clients.
The business has grown exponentially, has assets under management of £8.8bn (€10.4bn) as at 30 June 2024, a growing international footprint, and an ambition for continued growth from this strong and scalable platform.
