In the first of a series of interviews with senior members of the Gresham House team, Chief Executive, Tony Dalwood speaks with our Head of Housing, Ben Fry.
Ben joined Gresham House in 2020 as part of our acquisition of TradeRisks and Residential Secure Income plc (ReSI plc). He has led the investment management for ReSI plc since its IPO in July 2017, prior to which he led TradeRisks’ debt advisory services for housing associations, local authorities, and specialist residential accommodation.
Ben discusses the growth opportunity within the UK residential housing market, how our investments can make a positive impact, and how Gresham House is looking to grow this area of the business further.
