2025 Baronsmead Shareholder event and Annual General Meetings (AGM)

The shareholders of Baronsmead Venture Trust plc and Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc are invited to join the Directors at the 2025 Shareholder event and Annual General Meetings (AGM) which will be held on Wednesday 12 March 2025 at Saddlers’ Hall, 40 Gutter Lane, London EC2V 6BR.

A presentation from the Company’s Manager will commence at 11.00am, followed by a light lunch, after which formal proceedings will commence at 1.15pm.

10.30am – Welcome reception

11.00am – Shareholder presentation

12.30pm – Break for lunch and refreshments

1.15pm – Baronsmead Venture Trust AGM

1.30pm – Baronsmead Second Venture Trust AGM
