Jamie joined Gresham House in March 2023 as HR Manager.

She will be contributing to the development and review of HR policies, procedures and best practice in a generalist HR capacity. She is a trusted advisor on a broad range of HR issues covering the full employee life cycle.

Her most recent role was at OakNorth bank, providing specialist advice on the people regulatory aspects of HR (focusing on SMCR).

Prior to this, Jamie worked for 14 years at Daiwa Capital Markets, a fast-paced Japanese investment bank as an Associate Director. In this role she was responsible for providing full generalist HR support and leading on HR project work, including the implementation of a performance management system.

She holds a CIPD post graduate qualification in Management and Human Resources.

Nicola joined Gresham House as a HR Manager in April 2025.

HR professional with 20+ years’ experience within the financial services, professional services and charity sectors.

Adept at providing comprehensive HR support and guidance on a wide range of generalist HR matters, including recruitment and employee relations; balancing high-level strategy with practical, hands-on execution.

Emily joined Gresham House in 2019 as a Team Personal Assistant, responsible for assisting the Operations, HR, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Distribution and Sustainable Investment teams, before moving into the HR team as HR Executive in 2022, and further promoted to HR Associate in 2025. Emily provides generalist HR support across the group.

Prior to joining Gresham House, Emily spent five years in Hong Kong working in marketing, customer service and lifestyle management roles at Quintessentially and Bloom & Grow.

Emily holds a BA (Hons) in Events Management from Leeds Beckett University and a CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management.

Laureen is an HR Manager focusing on Europe and Asia. She became part of the Gresham House team in January 2026 following its acquisition of SUSI Partners, which she had joined in 2020.

Laureen brings 10 years of experience in HR roles specialising in niche and international hiring across the finance and IT sectors. She has a strong background in talent acquisition, learning and development, and driving initiatives that enhance workplace culture. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from the University of South Africa.

Serena heads up the HR function for Europe and Asia, acting as a strategic HR business partner to senior leaders and a trusted advisor across the full employee life cycle. In her role, she leads people initiatives covering performance and promotions, engagement and retention, compensation and data-driven workforce planning. She became part of the Gresham House team in January 2026 following its acquisition of SUSI Partners, which she had joined in 2019.

Serena brings 20 years of professional experience in fast-paced and international environments. She holds a MA (Hons) in Spanish and German Literature and has complemented her background with extensive HR and leadership trainings.
