Gresham House appoints new Head of Asset Management for Housing

Gresham House has appointed Chris Carter Keall as Head of Asset Management, Housing.

Chris will be responsible for all aspects of property and asset management for the Group’s UK Housing portfolio.

Most recently Head of Real Estate Strategy and Chief Investment Officer at LifeX Aps, a modern residential operator and technology platform, he was previously Managing Director and Head of UK at Oxford Properties Group from 2011 to 2019, leading a team responsible for £3 billion of UK assets.

With over 30 years in the real estate industry, Chris brings a wealth of experience across public and private funds, including debt and equity, investment strategy and asset management across the UK and Europe.

In this newly created role, he will work with Mike Adams, Managing Director of Real Estate, and the wider Housing team, to drive further growth in the firm’s focus areas: Build-to-Rent, Shared Ownership and Age-Appropriate Housing.
