Diane holds more than 20 years of experience in senior finance positions and has worked for a wide range of financial services companies, including asset managers, private equity businesses and hedge funds.
Gresham House’s Housing division comprises several listed and unlisted investments, which includes the London main market listed Residential Secure Income plc, Gresham House ReSI LP and the Gresham House BSI Housing Fund covering shared ownership, affordable built-to-rent, retirement rentals, and local authority housing.
Each fund aims to deliver stable and secured inflation linked returns whilst providing social and environmental benefits to residents, the local community, and the wider economy.
Diane joins from Kingswood Wealth, an AIM-listed wealth management group where she was a member of the Executive Committee, responsible for all aspects of finance. Prior to this, she held senior positions as Group Financial Controller at Round Hill Capital, a private equity group investing in real estate, and was Finance Director at asset finance specialist Renaissance Asset Management.
Diane also held the position of Head of Finance at Brevan Howard Asset Management, one of the largest hedge funds in the UK, managing the corporate team for over five years. Diane began her career at PwC in Sri Lanka and qualified as a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Management Accountant and later CFA.
