The British Strategic Investment Fund (BSIF) has partnered with Rise Homes to invest in Private Rented Sector (PRS) housing
The PRS platform meets our positive social impact criteria and targets the UK’s key worker demographic, addressing the undersupply of affordably-priced rental accommodation as a result of the shifts in UK housing tenure.
Rise Homes invests in new-build, high-quality but good ‘value-for-money’ rental accommodation.
BSIF and Rise Homes are looking to address the long-term imbalances in the supply of UK residential property.
